10 Quick tips for eating BETTER and still LOSE WEIGHT without eating LESS :


Eat better , NOT less!

For weight loss, eating wayyyyyy less than you should, never have a great outcome. You may lose a few kg’s quick, but it is actually not sustainable. Sooner or later it may harm your body a lot and you will experience lack of energy, hair loss, constant hunger, weak immune system, your metabolism shuts down🤭, you will not be able to gain lean muscle at all and the list goes on!

—> Rather COUNT YOUR CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT = That way you will not gain weight . Or you will not lose too much weight, energy etc which is bad for you! .


Here is a few tips to help you eat SMARTER😉👇🏻

1. Plan your meals ahead 📝

2. Drink a glass of water before meals 💦

3. Eat 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks inbetween – DO NOT SKIP MEALS OR EAT LESS ! ! ! ❌

4. Brush your teeth after eating. That way you won’t crave the bad foods like that last block of chocolate in the fridge💁🏼‍♀️

5. Every meal should contain: • PROTEIN 🍗



7. Make your plate look colourful and healthy. Even if it’s only a salad🤷🏼‍♀️ we enjoy eating healhy food if it looks good! 🍉

10. Lastly, actually enjoy your food and don’t “rush” off when eating. Think of why you eat certain foods. .
