You can only change the world if you are being yourself and loving the life you are living. Sometimes, loving the life you’re living isn’t always the easiest, because you don’t see it as the prettiest and most amazing adventure, right? Everything doesn’t always work the way you want it to? Or you feel like you keep running towards a wall with no escape.

Fall in love with with your life again! You deserve to have a happy life. And this only starts with YOU! Only YOU can change your life. So, how can I fall in love with my life again?πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

β€’ TRAVEL often! Yes! You’ve read correctly ! βœˆοΈ 

When you travel, you learn soooo much about yourself and about the world. You learn to see things around you differently, appreciate more and this actually brings ne β€œlife” to you! 

β€’ TAKE ONE HOUR OFF FROM YOUR DAY TO DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE! No, this is not selffish. You need this. Draw, read, go to gym . . . Whatever you love! Take time to do that!

β€’ Write down AFFIRMATION every morning! It will help to change your thoughts. The way you think and working towards your goals. Choose positive affirmations. Start with , β€œI” or β€œMy” for example I choose be positive ! 

β€’FORGET about the PAST or even the people that lets you down. They’re just trying to get you down. 

β€’Always make new plans to BRIGHT UP your week! Suprises? Adventures? Working for a goal you would like to achieve at the end of the week? It can be anything! It helps you to focus on the positive! Even if you had a bad bad or  two. Working towards something exciting or planning a suprise for someone actually bright up our lifes. 

β€’ Take CARE of YOURSELF! Physically and emotionally! This is really important. Wake up each day. Tell yourself 5 things your proud of being you. Dress as if you’re going to have successful day. Eat healthy. Go to gym. Nourish yourself and respect yourself

β€’Accept and Love yourself and your body. Do not COMPARE YOURSELF!! Just love those curves and flaws. It makes you unique and special.
