Healthy Protein muffin recipe:
Preheat oven @ 180’C
Mix together
-2 Egg whites
-1 Tb Vanilla essence
-1 Scoop protein whey powder ( I use JVL)
-125 ml Natural unsweetened Almond milk
Prepare muffin pans
Bake muffins for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
Serve with 1 Tb Natural Honey
